Our deposit policy requires a $50 scheduling fee, which is included in the total price of the package you select. This fee secures your appointment slot and will be deducted from the final cost of the service. What is your Damage Policy?
At Effortless Glimmer + Shine, we approach car cleaning with a deep passion for automobiles. Each vehicle entrusted to us receives meticulous care, including documented before and after photos and a comprehensive walkthrough of our services.
We reserve the right to decline service based solely on the condition of a vehicle's exterior and/or interior. Please note that we do not currently offer buffing and polishing services; our standard handwashing method may leave minor swirl marks, which we strive to minimize through advanced washing techniques.
Vehicles older than 10 years are subject to reasonable consideration regarding potential minor damage due to normal wear and tear. Should such damage occur, our detailing process will continue as planned, with immediate notification to the customer. Customers are responsible for damages resulting from wear and tear.

What is your Water and Power Utilization Policy
We've done the math!
Our operations are designed to use less power and water than you might expect. As a growing company, we aim to become fully self-sufficient. Until then, we appreciate your support!
For water, using the highest national average, it costs approximately $7.65 per 1,000 gallons. Our pressure washer uses 1.2 gallons per minute and typically operates for 30 minutes to 1 hour, resulting in a cost to customers of about $0.28 to $0.56 in total.
Regarding electricity, the cost is $0.40 per kilowatt-hour (kWh). Our tools use up to 12 kWh over a maximum of 4 hours, costing customers at most $4.80.

Why am I Being Charged an "Extra Clean Fee"
Our 'Extra Clean Fee' is at the technician's discretion and is assessed based on the interior condition of the vehicle. Factors such as damages, type of dirt, presence of pet hair, and large amounts of trash will all be considered when determining this fee. The fee will be communicated to the customer before the detailing begins.
